The PyrOptix™ PyroTemp TLP is a through-the-lens
pyrometer that can determine surface temperatures. Precision
of measurement is within 10°F.
The temperature is displayed locally on a meter and also is
sent to an Image Processing Computer (IPC) for calibration
of the entire image and display in the control room. The
addition of the PyroTemp TLP infrared pyrometer instrument
to the lens assembly, combined with software to interpret
temperature measurement of the specific area being viewed,
allows for comprehensive observation and analysis.
The IPC software can store snapshots and live video on timed
settings. The software is able to calculate the temperatures
across the entire image and display them in up to eight
temperature boxes. The temperature boxes can be drawn by the
user anywhere in the image. Colorization is available for
enhanced contrast.
