Enertechnix offers image processing software for a
variety of applications:
PyroColor
Our PyroColor™ software generates relative temperature maps
by assigning colors to infrared intensity across the image.
Images are displayed on a monitor in the control room.
PyroManager
Our PyroManager™ software enables boiler operators to
automatically archive images, video clips and temperature
measurements in an image-processing computer and to access
the archive remotely through a standard network connection.
PyroTemp
Our PyroTemp™ software enables boiler operators to track
temperatures in sizable and movable zones (temperature
boxes). Temperatures can be supplied to the DCS as 4-20mA
inputs.
Slag Index
Our SlagIndex™ software package calculates the area in the
view field that is covered with slag. The program allows the
user to define up to four SlagIndex (SI) Boxes of
user-determined size and location for which SI values are
independently calculated. The SI values can be delivered to
the DCS via 4-20mA signals. Several SI values can be
combined to yield a single average SI.

experienced field engineers are available to perform an
extensive survey of your boiler. Conducted while your boiler
or furnace is in operation, our inspections help you stay
online longer.
